Peppermint Mocha Smoothie Bowl

This @purelykaylie smoothie bowl recipe is for all you Peppermint Mocha fans out there. Crushed candy canes make it festive for the holidays, but you can definitely enjoy this recipe year-round!

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas, frozen
  • 1/4 cup chocolate hazelnut butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup, optional to sweeten
  • 4 mint leaves, fresh
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/3 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/3 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 Mocha Chocolate Chip MacroBar, chopped, topping
  • coconut flakes, optional, topping
  • cacao nibs, optional, topping
  • candy canes, crushed, optional, topping
  • mint, fresh, optional, topping

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer smoothie to bowl(s). Add chopped MacroBar and any toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
